Our surprise tasting menus give you the opportunity to try new combinations, accompaniments and techniques every time. The products we use are often subject to limited availability and only a few dishes can be prepared.

The menu "I Classici del Cantinone" (the Classics of the Cantinone) offers the chance to taste what we create in 30 years of gastronomic passion, some of our most beloved preparations.

 

The menu "I Tesori della Valchiavenna" (The treasures of the Chiavenna Valley) is a menu created to offer the best of our area in a modern and gourmande way; all the ingredients that we use are from local artisans and farmers, with some ingredients form lake Como and Valtellina Valley.

Our wine list offers more than 300 labels with a special selection of biodynamic and organic wines from Italy, France, Germany and Austria. Not only do we propose          the right combination of wine and food to suit your tastes, but also a special selection of wines by the glass.

​

At Il Cantinone you can also enjoy your own bottle of wine. At Il Cantinone you can also enjoy your own bottle of wine. The service cost is 10 euros for bottles from local producers (Valtellina) and 20 euros for wines from outside the valley. Max one bottle per person.
